. Nature of Motivation
In the process of teaching and learning is basically a process that occurs between students and teachers, or between learning with the teaching. Through the learning process will be fully developed or achieved optimal results when teachers and students are actively involved and have high motivation.
Motivation to learn by Frederick J. Mc Donald, is a force of change in a person (personal) is characterized by the emergence of feelings and reactions to achieve the goal. Teachers who want to raise student achievement needs to pay attention to some benchmark above which includes interest, relevance, expectations, and capabilities that are driven by internal and external factors.
Thus based on the above theories can be said, that the motivation to learn must appear within the individual (student) learning itself, and it would be better for him do a number of activities to learn and other duties and would give more satisfaction to students. But earlier the better intrinsic motivation to be applied in the study, but do not ignore the intrinsic motivation.
